The Fabulous Cliffs of Moher

On the Edge of the Atlantic and worn by 3,500 miles of raging ocean proudly stands the Cliffs of Moher. At more than half a mile high and 5 miles long The Cliffs of Moher truly are a site to behold. Our tour takes us from Dublin to Limerick where we cross into County Clare for a photo stop at Bunratty Castle, enjoy a coffee at Blarney Woollen Mills where you can enjoy some tax free shopping at one of Irelands major retail outlet stores.

Departing Bunratty, we make the our journey west towards the majestic Cliffs of Moher. With ample time to explore the Cliffs, you can enjoy the Atlantic Edge Experience and enjoy breathtaking views out onto the Atlantic.

After a traditional lunch in a local pub we make our way to the Burren, a lunar type protected landscape which encompasses almost 50 miles square. We travel along the Wild Atlantic Way onto Galway Bay as we take in many sites which the area has to offer, including Dunguaire Castle, Kinvara village and Corcomroe Abbey.

Your day begins with a drive through Dublin city and further west to the beautiful Irish midlands, pausing for a short coffee break mid-morning. Crossing the river Shannon we head for the west-coast and the Wild Atlantic Way.
